Anybody knows how to score from the free kick? All of my shots go too high. How can I shot lower?

Who has the largest Green area on the game? I use MLS teams and theyare all pretty small, us US players are kindof sorry you know.. 7's across the board

The green is the same size for everyone i think the shooting ability will affect how fast the meter moves back and forth.
