How to score?????

Hi everyone.
My problem is that probably I am not good enough at this game or that I use a weak team (LA Galaxy of MLS) but I begin to be bored and annoyed with the game since I can find a way to go past the CPU defense. Even if the strategy is offensive and even if I use first touches,
1 my players are always tackled succesfully by the CPU defe´nders
2 my passes (low or lobs) are always intercepted
3 I can't succeed in entering the penalty area and when it happens my players kick 90% of the cases over the bar or well outside the goal.

It's really frustrating because even if I have free players in good positions around the penalty area I simply can not make a good action, since with or without first touch the CPU defenders intercept or gain the ball.
And it happens when I play against other teams of the MLS, like Chicago fire or Metrostars, which can play freely in the middlefield while my players only look. And one thing more: those average-class teams play like Real Madrid!!!!

Suggestions?

dribble into the box and when the keeper approaches you kick the ball before he can reach it. always a goal.

The problem is to get into the box!!!!!

Your difficulty must be set too high. Try playing on amateur.

AMATEUR u must be stoonah if u cant score on amateur

practice and u will soon learn to score
i took about 10 matches on the demo to score my first goal
just press Z (through ball) then A (lob) and you will get a good through ball then dribble into the box and do what i said before

use < ^ > directional keys to dribble past players, turn left turn right and u should sprint past them.. keep in mind u must hold E (sprint)

get the ball to the wider areas and sprint forwards with both E and Shift pressed together.. press Q to have some players make a run and cross the ball when u get near the box...press D along with the arrow keys for the direction.... and voila a goal !!

practice ur sprinting and dribbling.Use first touch only if u r sure that u will get into some space and run.

And set the difficulty low if its high

i scored most of my goals in the demo by headers...like 70%
