HOW TO SOLVED THE unable to save personal settings

My friend has FIFA 12 and every time he wants to play, and when he makes profile it shows "unable to save personal settings", and then Roony gets stuck.
he reinstalled FIFA and he did read-only on - replay0.bin
what to do please ?

All depends on the system (PC? Console?) and whether he has a non-pirated copy (people with pirated copies tend to have issues the rest of us don't experience). If you both have the PC version, give him a copy of your squads and settings save files. Let him try and start the game up with those already installed. If his game still won't start up with your save files installed, then I'd say the issue is with his PC.

no no man he boirght it from Origin. he has BF3 good PC also
and what IF make him a profile ? will it work for him ? will he get a BAN ?
