how to transfer my edited team to other option file?

is there a way?
to make it clearer, I edited a team named WE united in a previous option file and I gave that team custom players I created in the edit mode in the game,

now I'm using a more updated option file but I want to play with my players again, so is there a way to transfer it?

I'm using PES6 PC btw...
