How to use creation centre

I downloaded FIFA's creation centre right. and i create players and a team.
how do i get my players and team into the game?
i cant seem to work it out.

than you must save it first to go to package
and than to click on install or something
and than it must be work and if i
was you than i should also download
access editor because than you can add leagues
as new also
