All you Real Madrid Fans did you know Hugo Sanchez is byfar the best Real Madrid player to ever wear your jersey? He was better than the famous Telmo Zarra, Ferenc Puskas and including Alfredo Di Stéfano. Me as a Mexican I did not know this until I decided to check his "stats". Hugo's problem was that when he was a player to this date, he never learned how to keep his mouth shut and keep himself off of the top of the clouds. His relationship fell apart with Real Madrid when he started trash talking to the Real Madrid people and little by little along with his injuries he went back to Mexico and played for America for one year but returned to Spain and played for Rayo Vallecano. Hugo to this day is and asshole he thinks his the Shiitt (Which he is) but if he would of taken it in a different way (His Fame) I think all Mexican fans would admire this "MONSTER" cuz according to his numbers he is the best that has ever played in Spain. Look him up, and you will see what I'm talking about.

Well my point is that us Mexicans and in Spain we dont see Hugo as that Hero, He's a dick head, and I just hope in Spain he is not known like we know him over here. As far as I know, a person with those numbers should be knwon world wide like Pele or Maradona. It's weird and it really sucks that he is not known like everyother great footballer that ever played the game. That is my point.

Good point there about Ruud In Baseball Babe Ruth will always be the Baseball Legend no matter what cuz he did not need any steroids or protein supplements to make him stronger. i watched him on his last games with the mexican nt and sometimes i catch an old game in goltv in the real madrid show and i see him play

Who you talking to Moron? Look at PELE he's a nice guy and everybody respects him and remembers him well. Unlike Hugo alot of people would not know him at all, eventhough he is supposed to be on top of the legends Pele, Maradona (dont like him), but people remember them why?

People remember Pele and Maradona becuase they were in a class of there own.

Maradona was a god of football, his goals and dribbels were crazy

Pele scored over 1000 goals.

The reason Sanchez isn't liked here in Mexico is like Bravo said.....he doesn't know when to shut up. He's also a big hypocrite! First he complains about how the FMF isn't giving enough mexicans a chance to show off in the 1st divs. Then how other coaches should play more mexicans and support them 100% YET his best players are foreign and he still has the balls to criticize all the foreigners coming to Mexican Futbol!


Is he a great player yes? BUT he was a great Club Team players. He did nothing in the Mexican Natl team. But I don't think you can blame him for not making in it in the Natl team. There was alot of politics between him and the head coach. He'd put him to play at the least 4-5 mins when Mexico is already losing!

Playing for Real Madrid and been the top scorer for 4 straight years tops 1000 goals Pele did. I ask people that got to witness HUGOMANIA in the 80's and they still dont respect him. It's just weird.
