You like any of the newer stuff like Post-Hardcore/Screamo/etc.?
I actually prefer that to the older Hardcore stuff, though I do enjoy both.

Yes, a few; Silverstein, The Sleeping, Hell Is For Heroes, and Atreyu among others. Though i much prefer the proper hardcore style, unless i'm feeling rather emo.
I've been listening to The Ghost of a Thousand a lot recently, they're pretty local to me too.

I really like Atreyu, too. I've seen Silverstein live as well, they were really good.
I'd also recommend Alexisonfire, Story Of The Year and Blessthefall.
