Hyundai A-league .cmp patch

The Hyundai A-league patch adds the A-league to FIFA 07, it is based on the 2006-2007 Season (at this stage).

It also includes a comprehensive update to the Australian National Team.

Make Sure you read the readme file as there is a small bug in installation that you must fix yourself (by typing in a tournament name).

Mad, can't wait for this. BTW Telstra Stadium was released for PES, would you want it for this patch?

EDIT: Has this been made with the CEP installed? I noticed the Circle flags in the Aussie NT screen.

That screenshot was taken a while ago - since then I've converted it so that you don't need CEP installed - you won't have things from the CEP like those logos etc.

Of course the patch should be compatible with the CEP, if you want to play with that.

I figured there would be a lot of people like you - I'm a bit frustrated with the CEP as well - that's why I'm doing it this way.

Telstra Stadium would be awsome - I didn't know it had been done for PES - Do you know how easy/hard it is to convert, and where I would find out how?

I'm currently learning how to make stadiums, and have done quite a bit of work on Hindmarsh Stadium - so hopefully I'll be able to get a few A-league stadiums in the patch eventually.

Cant wait for this patch to arrive now! Thanks so much for this! One question... Will the stadiums we 2G compatible? But really love how this looks... But you've ruined my week now... Im not going to be able to think about my exams with this patch in my head. Thanks again. Cant wait!

Stadiums are still a long way off - really nothing more than something I'm aiming to do one day - for now I'm concentrating on getting the A-league players/teams as lifelike as possible.

I have exams next week too - I've done a bit of stuff on the patch during my pre-exam break (in between study of course :jambo:) so I decided to start this thread. The reality is I probably won't be able to get it properly tested and released untill my exams are out of the way.

Release should be before the end of the month though.

It has all the tournaments that they play in an actual A-league season:

Tournaments and Cups:

A-league (normal league)
A-league Pre Season Cup (cup competition at start of season)
A-league Finals Series (I've managed to get this working as it does in real life - except in the game I had to include a 3rd/4th place play-off, which does not occur in real life).

I've included two "a-leauge finals series" tournaments - as it is a play-off it couldn't be in both career and tournament mode so I decided I'd have two tournaments basically the same.

Cheers for volunteering to test guys, Should be sent to you tommorow (australian time). Oh, and I'm still open to more volunteers if anyone else still wants too...

I've sent it too you guys too - there is no guarantee that there won't be problems with it, already in testing there have been some problems with crashing when you try and play a career as an A-league team.

Hey Matt... Run a few tests on it so far and it looks beautiful. Havnt tried all the tournaments but the game crashes after I select a team for career mode. As soon as I select any A-League team the game closes :( Apart from this it is very good so far. Played all the teams in the tournament version of the A-League and have also played as AUS. Will keep you up to date.
