Now what's really going to kick your can is whether that + should have actually been a -. I responded to your rebuttal. Your exclamation! put you in the red, and me in green but my comeback undid the wrong of your perceived right. So I should have moved back towards my original red position. Hence the - rather than moving further into the green.

it must be three times disappointing.. your formula is misleading and it will result in incorrect results.. pedantism is only worthwile when it is supported with true knowledge, and it turns out you're both ignorant and pedantic at the same time..
