I have a feeling...

People say Americans don't know their geography, but really, the same can be said for Western Europeans as well. One time I was on a trans-Atlantic flight sitting next to this German girl, an exchange student. She had an atlas and was trying to find Chicago on a map of Africa. :|

Baltic states: Latvia Estonia Lithuania
which border: Belarus Russia and Poland

Countries in the Balkans: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia&Hercegovina, Serbia&Montenegro(Czarnagora) FYR Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania & Romania
which border: Austria, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Greece and Turkey
