I might get a GeForce 4. Not sure. Anyways, should I get it? I've read the forums and there seems to be a lot of frustration because of bugs. I had missing textures in my demo and don't want it on my game. I don't want to get it and not be able to play it because of bugs or crashes. I'm a loyal FIFA gamer but I'm not getting it for my Gamecube because EA F**ked up by putting the Mexican teams so low. UNAM and Toluca are the sh*t and deserve better Stats. So does America and Monterrey. So EA, FU*K you!!! Anyways so should I get it for Pc? Thanks for your attention.

Monterrey 0 Necaxa 0
Atlas 2 Toluca 0

heh, havn't posted here for over a year!:o (net name is now unrealneo)

anyway, quite honestly, you shouldn't expect your PC to play ANY current game acceptably.

the system needs a complete overhaul really.

i'd advise a cheap AMD system if you're on a budget. (do you know how to built one urself?)

something like:(prices in UK £'s - find a currency converter for your country, Mex?)

Athlon XP 2500+ £70
ABIT NF7 motherboard £65
256/512mb PC2700 DDR RAM £35/£60
Radeon 9600 non pro/Pro/XT £90/£120/£135

hope that helps.

Don't buy it. Its rubbish. If you've got 2003, stick to it. Save your £30 and buy a nice graphics card and get a decent game for Christmas.

To unrealneo: That's it I'm getting a HP. Thinks for the tip.

To Suorness: I'm leaning toward keeping 03 for Gamecube. Maroulous game really. They could have worked from there.

To anyone: Where is a good place to get a ps2 converter to gamecube?

Your system is not even medium, its pretty old and crappy, for god sakes you have an integrated video card.
So from your system that you posted I'd say your PC wont even run it, and if it would it would look and run like crap.
Dont listen to Souness, hes clueless, FIfa 2004 is an amazing game, it has few bugs and annoyances but it KILLS Fifa 2003 (which is a piece of **** of a game anyways).

Hold on FIFA 03 was pretty cool. And plus I could KILL anyone with Mexico. They had a good overall. I would get offended by SR20DET but I didn't. My computer is a piece of sh*t but my main reason I got it a TWO YEARS ago was because I needed to do school projects. Anyways I always played FIFA on plat forms and didn't know about this website until only about the beginning of 03.

well, think of it this way

Not sure if this is all correct, so dont hold me to it...

The XBOX has amazing performance for FIFA 2004... I dont experience any problems with the game....

Xbox CPU - 733 MHz Intel Custom Pentium III
Front Side Bus - 133 MHz - 1.0 GB/sec
RAM - Micron 64 MB DDR SDRAM
Mem Bandwith - 6.4 GB/sec bus
Graphics controller -250 MHz Custom-Designed NV2X

now look at the specs of your computer.... go figure... shouldnt have any problems with FIFA 2004 on your computer.

i know someone with a 1GHz PC and the game works fine, although his graphics card is a S3 Savage 4 which is crap, can anyone recommend a good one?

the reason it works so well on the ps2/xbox is because every ps2/xbox has the same standard features so EA knoe exactly what the game will run on, the problem with PC is that it varies so much that you have toget a balance

:( I don't have FIFA 2004 but why does everyone think the system requirements are so high. I have:
AMD Duron 700mhz
128mb RAM
GeForce 2 mx
and FIFA 2003 ran almost perfect on my computer on 1280x1028x16 and Max Detail so i think it will run fine on your computer mate.

To all these people thanks. But now I'm confused. I have a Gamecube, Playstation, and PC. I'm not getting it for PSone. Should I get it for Gamecube or PC? I'll probably start a new thread but I wanna ask here also. In the platform version can you sell/buy players using Pumas, Toluca, America, Monterrey and the rest of the world teams?
