When i double click on a folder to open it, it opens up a search window. How do i get it back to normal?

Try a Tools -> Folder Options -> Restore Defaults when you're in My Computer / Explorer.

The default setting has been changed for whatever reason, not sure exactly how to do it but maybe defaulting it will sort it out?

Yeh ive tried that no luck, thanks though. Its bloody annoying every time i double click on a folder i open the search window
