I just downloaded the Wolf 2005 Evolution patch and.....

I may be a little late, but better late than never.

It's a fantastic patch. Kudos to Wolf.

But I have six questions:

1- When I put the cursor over "Arsenal", the text still says "North London", and "Manchester United" is still called "Man Red". Wasn't Wolf's patch supposed to fix that? If not, how can I fix this?

2- The players on some teams like Holland still have fake names. Again, wasn't Wolf's patch supposed to fix that? If not, how can I fix this?

3- There is this one chant that ALWAYS plays whenever an EPL club is playing and I can't stand it. How can I remove it? What is it's .adx name?

4- I have only encountered one ball type while playing. Aren't there supposed to be more ball types?

5- When I was playing with Milan vs Lyon, I heard this chant: "We love United We do, We love United We do, We love United We do, Ohh United We Love You"... <~~~ errr, was this done intentionally?? Shouldn't this chant be heard when playing with MAN UNITED?

6- Why isn't Van Hooijdonk on Fenerbahce?

umm..you have must have installed it wrong or something cause it works fine here. Also, get the latest Wolf X option file for latest transfers, squad updates, etc.

I think you're playing online and that's the reason.

All those things are fixed , I don't really notice the chant thing either.

Nah bro, I installed it according to what it said in the Readme.txt
Where can I get this latest Wolf X option file?

I installed this patch last night and I haven't played online ever since installing it.

PES 4. I downloaded the patch from the sticky thread in this forum. I installed it the way it said to in the Readme.txt and I still only have one ball type and several player names are wrong.

Are u sure u have copied the optionfile to the folder1 folder?

There is a patch1_10 folder which contains para_we8.bin and pd_data_license.bin. And there is also a folder1 folder which contains KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT. Both of these folders are in the dat folder.

"folder1" is in the wrong folder.. you must create a new folder with the name "save" in pes4 folder (if there isnt one), then copy "folder1" to "save".

at the end it should look like this:
CProgram Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\save\folder1\KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT

Look at this picture and the next one. I have TWO locations with "folder1" One of them is in "save" and one is in "dat".

No, no.. You see, mine shows "North London" when I play OFFLINE

I posted this picture on the 1st page. I already did that ^^^^. Like I said, this option file is ALSO in the dat folder. Should I delete it from the dat folder?

Umm,, I dont recall. All I know is I downloaded this patch and applied it according to what was said in the ReadMe.txt. I wanna be able to try out the new ball types and have the proper team names.

PS: I have WE8 also and applied Wolf's Patch as well. Same thing is happening there too.

my case is we8i , using wolf patch + The Wolf - Final FM2005 Update WE8I PC+ ver x option

all things seems ok, match mode and edite mode and league mode having correct team names,

but when come to online mode, NORTH LONDON!!!!

how come.....

btw, anyone know that, should we still need the official "over.afs" exists in the DAT folder??

(i find that wolf patch not having over.afs, so should we still need that official one be there?but i wonder, as that over.afs should contain some official data..which should be not compatible with wolf?)
