only downside would be it can only display 720p. though I reckon you won't be watching a whole lot of Blu-ray movies on it.

Fucking A'! Get a Mac even if it's out of your price range, and if you want, you can always install Windows 7 on it as well, obviously if you don't like the Mac operating system - which a lot of people don't. I think it'll be well worth it, and if you don't feel like wasting your own money, you can always let your dad finance this whole ordeal, it would make Sami proud I'm sure.

I have to mention that i have zero knowledge about laptops, but as far as I'm concerned, Mac ones are pretty good, especially the display. So think about it. I'll consult a friend of mine later, who knows a lot about those, and I'll get back at you...
