but i dont have DVD-rom
so can i buy the game on CD !
if not can i change the game from DVD to CD

PES3 is only on DVD Rom. Get a DVD player, they're dead cheap and well worth it in that in the future more games will be released on DVD format anyway.

look guyz if i copy the DVD to 3CD then i copy the 3CD on my pc then run the install without any CD does it Run !

Buy DVD version and get a working rip game from internet (eg. P2P). If you also purchased original game, you won't broke a law when you use rip version
the same thing is when you have an original CD with music, you can always make a copy to mp3 format for your personal use

I didn't write you have to buy DVD-ROM !
all what you can do to play PES 3 PC without DVD-ROM legal is to purchase original version (for license) and download CD rip version to play on your CD-Rom drive (or even without it - as far I know rip version doesn't require cd with PES 3 in drive)
