I want to make my face in PES3 but...

so i have everything and know all that is need it but when
i import bmr with the players face (i try not only with mine but with ronaldo's too) in the data_e.afs and when i start the game the faces look awful he eyes are not in place ,there isn't nos and the mounth is not right too.
It's look like some kind of freak
Can someone help me :) ???
