There's no way you can do that I'm pretty sure - not by normally accessible means anyway - the files in question are stored on the disc, so you need a way of getting those files off the disc onto a pc first, editing them, and then back onto the disc.
Not really gonna happen is it?

(I'm not really sure I want you to love me anyway  )

Theoretically I think it's doable. You'd first need to copy all of the files from the disc to a computer's hard drive. Take you MP3's and somehow change them to the same format that FIFA uses. Put the songs in the audio file naming them exactly the same name of the ones you are replacing. Burn the files to a blank DVD. Finally, Mod your PS2 to play burnt discs. Easy enough... right? :)

Don't know if I understand you correctly, but if you mean adding your own music etc. to PS2 games, it is doable. Most of the PES/WE patches are made like this.

It's that simple, i dont think i would be too keen on voiding my PS2's warranty just to listen to some different music

if you rip it to HD and import your own track onto the dvd, then here is an easy solution. MUTE your TV and play the Music you want on your PC :)

but seriously, its not that difficult, you just have to know what your doing, it can be done in few mins, but your ps2 must play burned games or you can use the swap trick.....
