I Wish to God... (ISS Vs Fifa subject)

I am sick fed up with all the bitter arguments going on here about how ISS is apparently soooo much better than Fifa.

Let me tell you, I have played Pro Evolution not that long ago and sure, the game is pretty good but its not as great as so many people here make out. Commentry is simply laughable, the camera angles are rubbish so you cant see far enough ahead and I simply think that people make it out to be something its not.

Since I only have a PC, fifa is the best option of footy game. To be honest, ive always enjoyed the series. Ball physics and stuff people complain about I dont really see that much wrong. The thing that drives me nuts about fifa is the fact the computer cheats more as the difficulty level increases. The game usually becomes more scripted. It has its faults but so does every game ever created.

The thing that gets on my nerves more than anything is when ISS fan boys come on, saying how very bad Fifa 2003 is. Its pants, its made for children blah blah heard it before blah. Why do it? There is no sense in it. People do not want to hear you simply rubbish a game. If you want to compare it with ISS then thats fair enough. for example, say I dont like the way Fifa does this because I prefer the ISS system because it does this. That way we can have a sensible conversation without p-issing each other off. There is no need for it. At the end of the day we are all gamers and we just want to play a football game. Why not just come together and play fair

If you are looking for a special place to discuss PES<->FIFA, there is a special forum created by soccergaming. Just move the pull down-menu at the left bottom of this site and you will find it ("ISS vs FIFA")

My post is asking why we cant discuss things like adults. Bit of a difference.

These discussions lead nowhere as there are only a handfull of people who can and are willing to discuss this like adults.

I've tried discussing it but PES/ISS fans are just so full of their game, it's useless, and FIFA-fans can be just as bad.

The point is, everyone here enjoys footie games in one way or another and everyone has his/hers own personal taste. The important thing is that you enjoy the game you play.
If you don't like a game, don't go bashing someone because he does. Just let them and shut up. Go and talk about YOUR favourite game in the appropriate forum. It's so simple.
I won't go to a PES forum and say the game is rubbish, there's no reason to as I respect the fact that they like the game.

There's a difference between freedom of opinion and speech and bashing people because theirs is different.

I think it's good there's a special forum for this and I think the mods should do a proper job and simply delete all topics about FIFA vs ISS/PES or move them to the special forum.
Otherwise it'll only get on people's nerves and cause flames.

Discuss what!? All im saying is Im fed up with everyone slating one of the games, be it Fifa or ISS.

Im sorry about all the capitals but no one thats posted here, seems to have read my post, which is just stupid. How can you reply to something you havent read? To tell you the truth this Forum is really starting to piss me off. I come here to chat about a football game that I love and all anyone ever wants to do is cause arguments, put people down and moan all the time. Everytime I seem to come here nowadays I just end up feeling stressed.

It is funny however, that it seems that people that play FIFA are the only ones that make such threads in this forum. PES backers only comment on it, but it is the FIFA players that start it and then blame PES backers for coming to their forums and talking about ISS/PES/WE. Just seems funny to me.

We can't say stuff you've already said and we can't say anything about FIFA vs ISS/PES discussions otherwise you'll get mad and quote us to point out what we say is annoying for you?
