I unlocked a mode in which men can play against women and women can also be in men's teams, everything works without problems because I tested it, only women cannot be transferred and it isn't possible to edit women's teams in the women's teams section and in the team selection don't select the women's teams category because there will be a game crash, women's leagues and nations are in the men's teams category and there are women's teams to choose.
I released new version of my squadfile with all icons and heroes, contains Icon, Hero, FC Founder and Soccer Aid teams, some icons and heroes are in free agents.
In this version women can play against men and with them in squad.

You can’t, game have block and that’s why I left there icons and heroes, play with icon and FC Founder and soccer aid teams. Soccer Aid players can be transferred only by special programs not in game edit transfers, I can do this but I wanted 3 classic teams.

Will a squad file be created with the Title 6 update added?
It works fine always, it isn’t a mod, it’s squadfile. Download, copy and paste to documents-FC 24-settings folder and then load squads in game and turn off live update in team selection screen and done but mine projects aren’t for FIFA mod manager tool etc and not works with other mods, it’s for original and clean fifa.
Where is this team located?
I unlocked this team yesterday, EA Sports added this in latest update. This team is in rest of world.

New version of my squadfile, contains all icons and heroes with icon, hero, soccer aid, european xi and fc founder teams, some icons yet are in free agents, it's my last version for now, if ea add hero kits I will release new versions but I don't know if they will add these kits in eafc.

Hey. It's impossible because it must work, you probably did something wrong. Download, copy mine squadfile and paste documents/fc 24/settings folder, then open game, load squadfile in game-customise-profile-load squads, select WKK and yet later in team selection screen-exhibition match, turn off live update and that's all. My squadfile won't work with any mods and doesn't need fifa mod manager, if you use mods or any programs this won't work, it's for original and clean game.
