Mr. Baggio has one of the highest (if not the highest) rates of good pk's in italy.
but of course, you only remember him for missing the 94 pk against brasil

so, to sum up, i'd rather have il codino take the pk.

If he choked under that pressure, I don't want him choking under this pressure either.

I'd honestly take it myself, but if I had to choose I'd give it to Thierry Henry because he's the best player in the world and if he can't make it I deserve to die. Or I'd just take a personal favorite like Ballack or Rothen.

If the question is the best penalty taker, the names has been already said. I would add Koeman from the past years.
