import fifa 07 flags

hi i wanna make flags for fifa 07 but i have two questions ??

how do you import and find the files to make changes to the flag files??

and have anybody a template file for making a fifa 07 flag (a template with the fold texure) ???

To import, I'm usually using Flag Raptor 05 to create FSH files then I import FSH files into zdata with File Master.
