Importing faces problem

Why us it that i get playesr with red hair and white balls atound their feet when i import certain faces?

infact there where several players Forlan, Silvestre, Jancker, all of them didn't have faces originally, also, some players now have theri hair in a weird way, like part of their backheads is missing,.

this happens if you dont install all parts of the faces correctly

make sure u have given each player a

--face bmp
--hair bmp
--hair alpha bmp
--head .o
--hair .o
--extra .o

But what if you download a face that doens´t hace all the parts?, plus with FCXP 2003 you can't import all the parts
