Importing FIFA 10 Patches into 09?

I know that a lot of the FIFA 09 stuff can go into FIFA 10, how about the other way around and what do you need to do differently to install them? I'm looking for a patch which updates the rosters and some graphics like kits for the main leagues (EPL, Bundesliga, Champions Leagueetc) and international rosters. I know that there are some patches for FIFA 10 which make a lot of updates but the FIFA 09 ones tend to just update one league or they're outdated.

Also, does anyone have a recent new roster update which works without crashes for 09?
