Importing through Sound Master08-Help Plzz

Can anyone tell me how to convert .mp3 or .wav files to *.hdr files??I tried to import a speech through SM08 but it showed that *.hdr files are needed to import.How can i get those kind of files so that i can import speeches and samples through SM08???

.hdr files are only used for ingame commentary, for the chants you need to convert to .asf format or directly import the .wav files through Sound Master itself. (make sure the volume is equal for every file else it will not sound well )
