i download 2 mon ago a patch that improve my crowed in the game

i need the download link again can some one plz have this patch???

I did that when i first got the game, but multiple re installs and its now lost, have tried searching but the results are a little vague.

Ive just noticed this ingame, the crowd look like there at a funeral, very very dark colour, some of my imported stadiums have the 512 crowds but they are very colourful, anyone know where to get them?
