in-game tactics

Hi,
how do you change the team tactics and mentality while playing?
I have the PC version of the game and i use the keyboard. With the Q taste I do not see any change.

You use the arrows on the numberpad (i.e. 2,4,6,8) to change attacking and 5 changes your mentality.

By holding down the Q key while doing this changes your defense.

How do you do this with Playstation pads on PC?

I play on a pad and this sytem is totally uncomfortable.

Well but can't we put the team strategy before the game starts? in a menu? i mean like attacking, pressing...
