In relation to crowds: how may do you think attend your average match in fifa??

Just started visiting the forum again, looking forward to the new fifa.
Just read the post on crowds and totally agree, the people in the crowd have to be bigger and fewer of them. yeah ok man utd and arsenal sell out every week but it doesnt look as if there are 100,000 people at the match, we should be able to distinguish 1 fan from another not have them like a cut out line of dancin faries. The sounds would help alot because visually you dont see the fans much, i've only seen screenies of madden but i dont see why the same company making a different game dont use the same method.

Its like ID or Raven designing a brand new engine every time they bring out a new FPS instead of using the one they made for quake 3 but modded....... it just dont make sense!!!! :p

IMO I really don't look at the crowd when I play. All I want is a great gameplay engine that will satisfy me all year long. Exciting great comintating from motson and distinguish the crowd chants and chearing. Also the crowd should make u feel your playing an away game. But for that it is too early, probably next year.

Agreed...if the crowds need to do anything, it's provide better atmosphere.....cheers when u play at home, boo's and whistles when you play away. Also, the crowd shouldn't roar when the away team scores a goal like it does in previous FIFA's..

i think that improving the sound would increase the "likeability" of the game about 50% for me, sometimes its the little things that matter, the gameplay does suck yes but making slight adjustments to the way sounds work cannot be that hard.

I also think the comentary in fifa especially WC2002 is terrible. It just isnt flowing enough and the is no excitement in build up play, you can be yards from goal and big motty is talkin about the lovely korean culture then suddenly screams out "OWEN" when you shoot and score

In real life he creams his pants when england get over the half way line.

i think it should be an obvious and very easy feature to include....................................... EA just don't think! :P

Yups. :( But, I bought used Japanese PS2 for US$160 (bought WE6 for US $55) after a thief came into my apt couple weeks ago and stole my f*cking precious American PS2. :mad:
