Injuries from Training

I have an excellent training schedule except for the fact that my players get injured for short terms which happens every week. I have included Weight Training in my schedule to see if it fixes the problem but nothing changed. Any suggestions?

Can you post your schedule?

Make sure it isn't too intensive and I have rest after match on and no training on match day.

ya i included all my physios and i even signed more physios with 20 ratings in their areas but still no success.
