installing NEW faces using face raptor 2

im having real trouble when trying to install new faces, such as cannavaro and a diego forlan face, on the cannavaro one i load the face but only the hair bitmaps show, the face doesnt then when i go to import it says cannot because there isnt a valid bitmap.

please could someone do a step by step guide to install them ive tried everything

1.MAke the face texture as index image.

2.then load and import.
