Instructions for dummies...

Now that the PC patches are flooding in I'd like to remind everyone who's posting them to make sure you include simple, detailed instructions on how to install the patches.

There are new people joining the PES scene everyday, and to keep the community strong we need to make sure that it is easy for them to install and use the mods.

If you need a reference look at Juce's Kitserver instructions as the best example, but every file should have at least a simple text giving detailed install instructions.

Thanks again to all the people who post, and answer all the questions.

kitserver instructions are included in the .rar.
Unzip it, look in the "docs" folder.
Kitserver is a very simple program to use, you install it in your PES dir and all you do is turn it "on" or "off".

What we really need is instructions for all of these patches that rely on kitserver, or DKZ Studio to install and operate.

The other thing that's pissing me off is that people are linking to patches created by others, but obviously not personally testing them to see if they work. Then when people have problems, the person who posted the links isn't around to sort out the problems.

I don't think people should post other people's work, unless they are committed to supporting it by answering all the questions.
