I found this at Sky Sports.com, it has all the up to date scores as they happen from the EPL to the lower leagues, aswell as German, Dutch and Spanish Leagues. It's done in the same style as what you see on Sky Sports News when all the scores come across the screen and all the scorers. Link below:

Belgium, Portugal, Scotland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Israel, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia & M'gro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, USA. It also has all the international games. It includes a lot of 2nd division leagues. Even does bookings
