Believe it or not, the team in red is also Bhutan - in the challenge cup they had an orange kit and a red kit - weird. The funny thing is that they used to have a much nicer kit - in a 2002 documentary entitled "The Other Final" they played a friendly against Montserrat (the 2 lowest ranked FIFA-affiliates at the time), and they wore this yellow kit:

As for Brunei, the kit in the pic you posted looks a whole lot better to me than the generic blue one. Again, no idea why the wore generic ones at the challenge cup, especially if they already had other ones.
