interesting thing i found...could use some input

ok, so I pay as AC Milan in my manager mode, i had used CM07 to create myself a formation to play with and it so happens this formation involves a sweeper....

Now, AC Milan captain A. Nesta is a 91 to start the game overall and his natural position is CB....and when first went to team management (outside of manager mode) i tried him a sweeper...made him somewhere in the 80's....didnt want that....then a few games into the season i tried it again in manager mode (team management:squad) it said he was a 93/91 when playing sweeper....so i figured, cool, lets run with it...

SO NOW after awhile of not really paying attention i went to manage my team before playing a game because i noticed some fatigued players....and when i clicked on Nesta it said 78/91 was his rating at sweeper....I checked it in the regular team management:squad screen and it says 93/91....

So what is the reason for these differences.....







and another quick question, what isthe criteria for gaining overall ratings from experience points? sometimes my payers reach 100 and stay the same, sometimes they go up a point....maybe i missed something, but im confused on that...

I have noticed as well that some players play better out of their
position than in it. But it seems the exception, not the norm. Most
of the time in the rating, the first number will be lower than the
second. I am not sure why this happens either.

As for player experience. As best as I can tell, the numbers dont
stay at 100, they keep turning over so in reality I have many
players with 200 or 300 match experience points. But I dont ever
see them go up in skill because of this, although it seems like they
should sometimes. How the experience figures in to actual skill
level is not clear, but it will certainly figure in team chemistry.

Its an interesting change. In FIFA06, players "skill ratings"
would register in game as much higher or lower than their
actual values based on how you are playing. Bench player ratings
would go down as the game progressed. Also, player form
also affected the player skill level. This doesnt seem to be the
case in 07 as I have many players who are in the 80's in form
but their skill level remains the same.
