Im unsure if they will be willing to help or not but maybe MSL09 he made the Malaysian league maybe Complex 01 who made the megapatch and maybe SnopF1 when hes finished his UEFA champons League patch but i dont know if they will be willing to help or not
otherwise just look through this forum for other guys who made patches and ask them i think you should ask guys who made Asian Leagues first they would pobably be interseted i know theres a guy who wanted to make the Singapore league and there was a guy who wanted to make the chineese league

and if you wanna know, there are a lot of spectacular talented players in Asia,

i agree and the game needs some non European leagues anyway theres like first and second division of nearly every European league but nearly no leagues from any where else
