Is it wrong/cheating having players that are retired(i.e. Klinsman) or classic players(i.e. maradona, pele :) ) playing in your team on the Master League?

thats something only you can decide.

then you will find out if you were right or wrong when you die and end up in heaven or hell based on your decision.

Aye, it gives you an edge but it doesn't garantee a win. I avoid buying them unless I feel like tormenting the opposition.

I will only use them when the ML on extreme just kinda drab, then I will finish unlocking all the rest of the teams, and start a new ML, but let everyone use the classic players.. That shouls make for a interestiing ML.

Just an edge...Dont know about you but i bought pele and won every game on extreme from then on so i just gave up.

I personally make it a policy not to buy classic players, but it really is up to you. It all depends on your skill level I suppose...

I wanted the best ML team possible... so I bought a few Classic players. I have Pagliuca, Zoff, Zico, Pele, and Maradona. However, only one (Pele) is ever in my starting lineup, unless someone is unhealthy. I like Zidane + Beckham + Pele in my midfield :D

I use a lot, but only Maradona and Beckenbauer are in my team usually. I have used the likes of Cantona, Eusebio, Pele, Platini, Baggio, Frnacescoli, Ardiles, Zico, Garrincha, Matthaeus, Falcao, Tigana, Hagi and others, some exceptional others outright crap. Uusally the current players like Zidane, Rivaldo, Owen, Carlos, Recoba and Viera do it for me.

It would only be cheating having an advantage if you was playing the game online. :), However, like other post's, it will not garuntee a win - I have Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho with altered moves + skill points in ISS3 and does not garuntee a win, but its more fun.
