the game is way tougher than 2003, i manage to win every game by 3 or 4 in semi pro but games are quite closer in pro mode (haven't played in higher level). My only gripe is regarding how easy it seems to score from outside the box -in 2003 it was impossible, now it seems as if everytime you take a shot you can score- other than that, the game is quite challenging

I have to agree, Konami fans are ahead of EA's game, but EA aren't fools, that's for sure. I think Konami fans will be in for a terrible shock next year, but for now this is a great experience compared to FIFA 2003 and the gameplay is more advanced and technical. I love it how the organic animation really does allow more fluent movement and faster user-control responses.

Cool stuff, but like I always say...RIGHT NOW it is challenging, RIGHT NOW it is fun, but for how long damn it?! that's the problem with FIFA, you just don't know its longevity until it hits you in the face and you realise it's CRAP! I sure hope FIFA 2004 isn't like this, but so far so good for me.
