Is it possible to create an utility for gameplay editing?

In all other EA games there are comprehensive sliders you can adjust the game play with. But not in Fifa of course...so everyone is more or less depended on the taste of patch makers.

Is it possible to create an utility for gameplay editing?
Can someone do it?
Or more importantly...will someone do it?

There isnt much to gameplay editing. It usually consists of changing variables in files.

A util for this would be ok, a bit of a waste im time programming though. Just open up the files with the stuff u want to edit and have a go yourself.

I gave it a shot last yr- came up with some funny outcomes but its all fun and games

I think it would be nice to have a gameplay editor as well. But I guess you could just edit the files manually.
