Is it possible to make a 1-team patch?

I was wondering if it would be possible somehow to make a one team patch, as I've edited the team of my country to make it more accurate, and I'd like to add it to other patches.

Es un editor que trabaja sobre el pes3.exe o el exe del we7, despues de hechos los cambios grabai y listo.
Yo tengo a Chile hecho con las ultimas nominas de las eliminatorias y con los stats del CM4......quedo igualito....Tapia no ataja na', Pinilla se pierde goles y Salas es un viejo crack:(

Ademas si quieres importar a Chile o a otro equipo a otro patch, importas los datos del equipo como *.dat y los cargas en otro exe.

Es medio gueveao pa' usarlo, si queris te explico como.
