You're 2 weeks late mate, it's been out for like 14 days, but all Melbourne outlets have sold out, and can't order anymore.

Hey Guys,

Well I saw Pro Evolution Soccer on the New Zealand website Gamezone and if your in Aussie and it's all sold out its $119.95 + $9.95 to get it shipped to Aussie so thats an option.

I am getting a Playstation 2 on Monday and I am very excited. There are 3 games I wanna get but unfortuantely finances don't allow me to. they are PES, Cricket 2002 and GTA 3. I think I will go for either Cricket 2002 or PES.

theCRO do you have the game (PES) if so what's it like from what I have read it's fantastic what do you think of it. Please tell me as it may influence my desicion. :) :)

Sam,

I cannot praise the game enough. It's brilliant in so many ways, that it's absurd to even start naming the astounding aspects of the PES football experience.

It's a steep learning curve, and you'll find yourself frustrated when you cannot pull off grandiose moves, but if you're a true football fan, you'll appreciate the effortless recreation of the beutiful game. It's all that and more, just read some other threads in this forum, though beware the learning curve, especially if you're new to ISS games.

Cricket? Oh my God, it'll be around for ages to come, and it's pretty appaling compared to PES.

I don't need to influence you man, just read the reviews, and ask yourself if you would like to own, what is possibly the best sports simulation ever made.

Sam, mate i bought a Ps2 so i could play PES, and i have no regrets at all about spending cash on the console and the game, the game is a dream to play, but as theCro mentioned it takes quite some time to come to grips with it and push it past the basic movements, but that is all part of the fun and the learning curve .. Ned :)

Ok thanks for your replies guys sounds like PES is coming to my House. BTW Cricket 2002 is actually a good game normally cricket games are crap bnut this one isn't but yes I don't think it's in the same league as PES. :)
