Is the Club World Cup in Manager Mode too?

I just got the game and noticed in tournament mode that the Club World Championship is finally in FIFA. Is it integrated into career mode? What if I play as an MLS team? Is the Americas Championship tournament in career mode also(fake though it is) to qualify the North and South American teams into the Club World Cup? But what if you're in the K-league? How does that work?
