Is there a Program that will tell me exactly what to bid for players?

I hear that there is a download available (c++ program?) that will tell me exactly how much to bid for players in order for their clubs to accept the bid.

Dows anyone know where I can get this?

never heard of anything like that. Try saving the game, bidding as much as you possibly can, then seeing if it's accepted. If it is, then reload the save game and try biddiing a bit lower. Keep doing this till the bid is rejected and you'll know how much they will accept.

Download cm scout if you want that, it also tells you the ability of a player and his potentiall ability. Pretty easy to use, but is cheating. Hope that helps.

true.. I still cheat sometimes. Tho I know nothing about Inter being "bankrt" always in my games (H)

I dont know about you guys, but the #s in my CM scout are off.. they're always too low. What currency is it in?

IE: The scout says AC Milan wants 42mil for Kaka.. I'm offering 45mil + diego forlan and they're still saying no. Is it because he's a star player, and the big guns on each team go for even more than whats shown in CM Scout?

im serious by the way clubs hate taking other teams players in this game

Following logic it would be in GBP. So offering €/$45 million would be at least €15/$18 million off.

Get rid of Forlan, I offered 350K+Pinardi for Toledo and they refused, then I offered just 350K and they accepted. :confused:
