Is there a way to edit players' looks without using Creation Center?

Creation Center makes my computer incredibly slow. There's no way I can have it installed. Therefore, I can't edit the players' looks. So I'm wondering... is there another way to edit the looks?

Or... how about this... let's say I install Creation Center on my computer, edit all the players' looks, then I uninstall CC, but, before that, I copy some file (dev data or whatever it's called) where all the changes have been made, and put that file into the FIFA 2003 folder? Will that work?

With Access 2000 you can edit the player looks, in dev all data in the map Fifa 2003 Creation Center
