Is there a way to slow the Free kick Meter?

Is there a way to slow the Free kick Meter? Or make it so it always hits on the Green?

Go to this site and look in the downloads and then patches there should be a freekick patch by a guy called FerdyKorp.

with a bit of practice free kicks become easier to time than on other games.

I havent mastered professional level gameplay yet but can still score a lot of the time from free kicks. You have to learn what sort of curve to put on to get past walls though else you will time it perfectly and hit it against the wall

The Freekicks in the previous FIFA games were quite hard. In fact, I only scored three times. This new system is much easier!

Computer Fouls are very hard to come by.

This game is so irritating sometimes. The game play is good, but I've played TWO complete Premiership Seasons and have been fouled a total of 10 times. That is no exageration. I play 6 minute halves and get nothing. Disappointing.

The old free kick system was unrealistic too. This new one is very good, but few and far between.

Vazza, if you read this, your FerdyKorp download does nothing but set up a friendly between Real madrid and someone else. in fact it screwed up my game.

Augmon, I am 99% sure that it is not the cause of your prob coz if I'm not mistaken it only is an edited INI file which wouldn't cause the problems u have stated...so next time think before posting

Vazza, I've tried your .ini download twice. What exactly is the .ini file suppose to do? I replaced the .ini like you instruct and both times after I launch the game a friendly with Real Madrid pops up. I can play this game, but can't do anything in the menus. I can't even get to the main menu to play another game. I had to go back to the disc to grab the previous .ini file to get the game to work normally. If I'm wrong have someone else respond informing me that it works for them too.

If the download isn't suppose to change any portion of the game other then the kick meter, then your 1% assurance comes into play and you created a f#*%ed up .ini file. No problem though, I apprecaite you trying.

I didn't make the file, a guy who visits here often, Ferdy, made it. I have used it in the past (a long long time ago) and I think it worker alright but my memory is a bit fuzzy . Anyways sorry, if it doesn't work and sorry for mucking up your game .

You have to trick the cpu players into fouling you...try to judge when the opposing player is about to tackle you ..do a sharp turn away from him and he usually brings you down...timing is everything....give it a go

Yes this ini is messed up. When you start the game it goes straight into a Real Madrid v. Arsenal game (like in the pic he has just where you download the ini)

You can play that game but can't quit it. Somebody better let him know unless he is having a laugh!

I seem to get fouled and tackled more aggressively a lot more when I'm using the player run button a lot. I'm using Sameer's gameplay patch. Maybe just a coincidence though.

This .ini only works with the demo... that would explain things.

I get fouled all the time at least twice a match but as Vineetrad states it's normally during a running or a sharp turn
