Is there a weather/pitch mod + edit config.dat

Any mods to edit the look of weather and pitches, ie icey/snowy/wet pitches for Fifa 10 yet, plus what software do I need to edit config.dat used to use BigGUI but this doesn't work anymore.

biggui does work, & its easier to search for things that do exist, & its quicker than creating this thread.

Where is the best place to download BigGUI as Googles no good and on here I found a really old version.
