Is there any way to turn off transfers?

Does anybody if you can turn off the transfers in Fifa? I want to just manually transfer players using MM. I don't want the game to do it.

i think you can lower the big clubs budget but when you play with a club that you have lowered its budget you prob will have expectation 2 like
spend no more than -some number - on transfers
also you might get a negative budget
and you wont need to lower all clubs budget
just the big ones
like man utd,barcelona,bayern ...etc
