No since just like the players you create ingame, the teams you create ingame are not store inside fifa's database but in my documents/fifa07 instead, that's why ingame creating of players and teams is not worth it and a loss of time.

If you want to create full customizeable teams and players you'll have to create them inside the fifa.db itself, which of course isn't a point and click thing like the ingame creators are.
