Is Unlock Edit Player In Career Mode Possible This Year?

Hi, I am new here so hello first of all :)

I did what Fidel told to do, but it did not unlock Edit Player in Career Mode - Player. Does it suppose to unlock Edit Player in Career Mode - Player too or just in Career Mode - Manager?

Is there any exact instructions how to edit it and put it back in the .big file?
I think i used all possible methods but i didn't managed it to work.
