ISS on PC - TEAM EDITING

OK, I finally got ePSXe up and running and got my controller configured so am now playing ISS Pro Evo 2 on my PC. It looks really nice, much sharper than on the PSX and it plays exactly the same as on the PSX. :)

But I want to know how to edit the team names and strips. I've tried out the stuff at www.sportplanet.com/iss with the team and the shirt editors but cannot get them to work.

Can anyone help?
