we'll i recently updated my comp to Windows 2000 again and well everything runs smooth, haven't had any problems with games but the only prob i got is when i shut down i always have to manually shut off my computer. can someone tell me a way to turn this option off ?

Its not an option!
Your computer isn't new enough - My old pc had this, i Had to turnit off manually because it had a switch instead of a button for the power.
Just turn it off, is it really that much of a hassle!

You'll only have to switch it off manually if you have an old motherboard, newer ones don't require you to switch off.
