i was looking through the posts and some people were saying that milan will appeal and get champions league football, this can not happen with or with out appeal, when they were found guilty there is no coming back this was agreed with fifa, uefa and italin FA,this is a fact it was on the sky sports news and it was made clear that all these teams were goin to lose millions as they can not get into the champions league

I have a feeling Luca Toni will be moving back to Palermo, who will be in the Champions League. The consolation for Italy is that they have won the World Cup.
hahaha that's not happening man...

And I don't know what was worse for Juve, to be sent directly to Serie C1 or to Serie B with -30 points. Because first of all if they would've been sent to Serie C1 it was very likely that they would finish very high in the table and go to Serie B, therefore creating expectation. While being in Serie B with -30 points will make it almost impossible for them to move up to Serie A, therefore another season in Serie B.

We are not found guilty, that's the reason we are still in Serie A to begin with, we got punished only for political reasons against our president, because there was a doubt but no facts, and because Rossi has an Inter fan card (he was in their goddamn board in the '90's).

I am sure the appeal will clear us if there's any justice left, if there is no valid proof of culpability we have to be cleared, if you like us or not doesn't matter. I dont want to pay for what other clubs did. Appeals still can make it in time for CL football, and guess what? The UEFA is sad because it lost one milkcow (Juventus) already, now they don't want to loose the other one (AC Milan), those clubs bring a lot of audience on television for sponsors, heh..

Remember, Serie B is a 42 game league. A total of 126 points.

Last year Atalanta were champions with 81 points followed by Catania, Torino and Montova on 78, 76 and 69 points.

The last playoff spot team finished on 66.

As you can see, Juve can afford to lose 30 points and still get to next years Serie A. They have the money and will buy young, talented replacements who are willing to build their careers from the bottom.

I wouldnt be surprised at all if Juve were Champions.

Right, Milan got punished because of Berlusconi? :| :funny: It's more like how much he paid so that Milan can stay in Serie A.

I'd laugh my ass off if Milan end up in Serie B after the appeal.

Milan got punished because of one phone call complaining about the linesman and asked for a better linesman for the next game.

In the next game, the linesman incorrectly disallowed a goal.

Ok, probably you aint supposed to "ask" for officials but does that warrant an indirect €50m fine?

Have the transcripts of the trial been made public?

I also expect Juve to be back in Serie A after one season...which depending on what they are guilty of...seems a little light

You think Juve is gonna be able to do so well? I highly doubt it, 90 (60 + 30) points is alot and that's almost the minimum of points they'll need if they want the last playoff spot.

I play the Serie B almost exclusively on FM and it's probably the hardest, most competitive league out there in the world outside of the big major ones. And we all know that FM is the best simulation of every aspect of soccer there is out there, man.

Its freaking Serie B and they would obviously have the best crop of players and management people. You see how the likes of Treviso deal with Serie A right? Now Juve play even worst teams than that every week. Its not difficult at all to at least reach a playoff place. Maybe champions is stretching it abit I guess. But still wouldnt surprise me.
